Step 15: |
|
 |

Get the materials ready for wrapping
your kit. You will need a hair dryer, razor blades,
the wood grain wrap, small cloth, and an old t-shirt..

Step 16: |
|
 |
| |
Remove the backing off of the vinyl
wood grain wrap. Then flip the finished kit face
down on the wood grain wrap. Try and center it the
best you can. Then flip it over and with your small
cloth, gently press the wood grain wrap against
the installation kit. |

Step 17: |
|
 |
| |
This step becomes time consuming so
take your time. Using the razor blade carefully
cut out around the molding of the installation kit.
Then with the hair dryer running, briefly blow heat
on the front of the install kit where you are working
with the wood grain wrap. Do not heat the wrap too
much or you will melt it. After heating it, gently
pull back on the wrap and firmly press it to the
install kit. Depending on what your wood graining
these steps may vary. Please use the photos as your
guide. |

Continue Step 17 all the way around
the install kit. Make sure that you stretch the
wood grain wrap just enough to remove any air pockets
that may have formed, but be careful not to rip
the wrap. |

Using a small cloth, rub along the
work you have completed to remove air pockets and
to press the wood grain wrap firmly to the installation
kit. |
