Step 9: |

Using a coarse sand paper sand down
where the popsicle sticks are rising above the curved
surface of the installation kit. This will leave
a nice curved surface and closely matching the original
front surface. |

Here is a side shot to show how the
kit aligns to the front surface. Note that if the
popsicle sticks are aligned with the very top of
the curved surface you will not have a gap like
shown in the photos. |

Step 10: |

| |
Fiber glass the whole front of the
kit but try not to put it on too thick or you will
spend an hour trying to sand it down to where we
need it. I applied it on the whole front to give
the same texture and level to the surface. Let the
fiberglass compound harden over night. |
