Step 1: |

Here is the basic Cadillac Deville,
Seville, Eldorado aftermarket installation kit.
Notice that it is only designed to hold a single
din stereo. |

Step 2: |

Using a hacksaw blade, cut off the
lower pocket of the kit. |

|

Step 3: |

The double din unit is 4 inches high.
Using a measuring tape, measure 4 inches from the
top of the inner bezel. Then mark it with a pencil
and draw a straight line so you can cut that piece
off. Cut along the line you made with a box cutter
(razor blade) to get a fine cut. Using a hacksaw
blade here will not give you the precision that
is needed. Note: Do not cut all the way to the end,
only to where the side bezel starts. |
